The oven is an important and great household appliance, which is probably to be found in almost every household. He is a great help and relief in the kitchen and you can tasty dishes in cooking or baking or frying. If one has the court only once in the oven no longer have to worry about much usually.

The preparation:

Lemon and orange are squeezed and the chicken inside and outside rubbed it. The spices and the oil are mixed and the chicken rubbed well with it. Then the chicken is filled with the orange-onion mixture. The furnace is preheated to 200 degrees and once the chicken has been pushed in, turned down to 130 degrees. 5 hours remains the chicken in the oven now and you can move on to other things. However, one must every 45 minutes the meat with the juices pour out of the roaster. After 5 hours, test with a skewer through prick under the wing if the meat will finish cooking. An easy way:

When the temperature is reached, the oven is switched off and left and soaked for several hours, preferably overnight stand. The next morning, or after soaking, everything is wiped clean.
