The oven is an important and great household appliance, which is probably to be found in almost every household. He is a great help and relief in the kitchen and you can tasty dishes in cooking or baking or frying. If one has the court only once in the oven no longer have to worry about much usually.

Here is a recipe for a delicious item which is cooked at a low temperature in the oven. Due to the relatively long cooking time of 5 hours, the meat is nice and tender and you can in the meantime, do other things.

The ingredients:

1 roasted chicken

2 tablespoons olive oil

Juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon

For the spice mix:

1 tsp paprika, curry powder, ginger powder, garlic powder

2 tsp salt

For the filling:

1 peeled chopped orange, 2 thick onion, cut into cubes.

The preparation:

Lemon and orange are squeezed and the chicken inside and outside rubbed it. The spices and the oil are mixed and the chicken rubbed well with it. Then the chicken is filled with the orange-onion mixture. The furnace is preheated to 200 degrees and once the chicken has been pushed in, turned down to 130 degrees. 5 hours remains the chicken in the oven now and you can move on to other things. However, one must every 45 minutes the meat with the juices pour out of the roaster. After 5 hours, test with a skewer through prick under the wing if the meat will finish cooking. The case exiting juice must be crystal clear. The chicken is now ready to eat, nice golden brown and delicate citrus notes.

Of course, then the oven must also be cleaned every now and then. That’s but mostly a rather unpopular, time- and energy-consuming work. However, there are tricks and tips that you can make work easier.

An easy way:

On the floor of the oven a little water is added and two squirts of dish soap to. Now turn the oven to about 100 degrees and heat the whole thing. When the temperature is reached, the oven is switched off and left and soaked for several hours, preferably overnight stand. The next morning, or after soaking, everything is wiped clean. But enough a dishcloth. but are still stubborn encrustations there, the rest then goes with a sponge away effortlessly. The steam and the side walls are beautifully clean. Detergent, each in the house and the use of chemicals keeps in limits as well as the costs.

The switch of an oven or cooker must be cleaned every now and again, but this hint: The switch with glass cleaner spray, wait for a few time, and (especially in grooves) Reworking with a toothbrush. Then wipe with a dry cloth and polish and everything is perfectly clean.
